born from the desire to live a new experience that would allow us to apply the natural feminine capabilities in a familial environment, in addition to financially maintaining our family. Thus, was born the idea of doing what we do best, which is cooking traditional Tuscan cuisine.

Unexpectedly this “adventure” grew and transformed itself in an activity able to respond to the demanding requests of the market, yet without losing the artisanal aspect that has distinguished it from the beginning. And it challenged us to always search for new products that could intrigue our clients and their taste buds. At a certain moment of our business life we understood that the winning feature wasn’t that of constantly finding new products, but rather, cooking in a new way the ones that we already do well.
Consequently, looking around, and farther, we spotted a new product, delicious, useful and healthy, nearly unknown, but capable of giving our goods one step ahead in the competition, THE BLACK GARLIC, that derives from a delicate process of its own fermentation. The black garlic doesn’t have a garlic smell, it’s easily digestible, has a sweet and delicate taste, almost sophisticated. As we tried using it, we were won over by it, our dishes were transformed acquiring a flavour and a scent they never had before.
From this, other than using the black garlic to prepare our dishes, was born the idea of producing it by ourselves for you as well, so you could taste it and enjoy with us all its beneficial properties, certain to have used a product of Italian, Tuscan, Florentine manufacturer.
