Ingredients

Beef, artichoke, emmental cheese, ham, type 00 wheat flour, spinach, black garlic, basilikum.

Suggested seasoning: extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper.

Instructions: place on a chopping board pieces of beef, salt and pepper, place above the ham slices, emmental cheese, artichoke cloves and roll it all up, block with a toothpick.
